I bought 2 different fragrances. Product was good but I bought (and paid extra) for “spray” and was sent a regular (non spray) bottle.

Delivery was slow.

The shipment was delayed by a few days - not sure if that was a USPS error or a FragranceX issue. Otherwise fine.

Have ordered previously and always been very satisfied. This order of Samsara was in a different box. Tried it and it didn’t last 15 minutes....They were prompt in giving me a refund. I will probably try them again.

i placed an online order and my apartment number , though i put it on the order, was not attached to the shipment and it was returned to you. YOU WOULD NOT RESHIP IT but my costs was refunded. I reordered but had to pay more for some items as the original ordered items were sold out and i had to by larger 'quantities' of some items.

Order was processed quickly and arrived in Brisbane earlier than expected. One of the three items was incorrect however and FragranceX quickly made an offer of a partial refund without the need to return the item. Whilst a reasonable offer this was not acceptable to me as the item ordered was normally a very difficult one to find. I offered to pay their best price for the item if they would ship it free however 4 email requests were ignored. FragranceX made another offer of a 50% refund for the incorrect item, while ignoring my free shipping request. I have now needed to place a new order for the item.
