I'm giving them one star because they up the price on the perfume give you a 15% discount and it brings the perfume down to the regular price of other stores. Yes the perfume is real. Yes, the perfume do come in a timely fashion. The only way I will order from you guys again if it's a hard perfume that I can't find in other stores. Other than that, no I would not order from you guys again. You guys up the price and put a discount on the price and it brings it down to the regular price. I don't like that that's just a scam!!!!

I always thought that your site might sell original products, until this time I decided to find out I was wrong or not, and I realized that my idea was completely correct and I am not satisfied with your product, and your perfume is a fake and a copy...

Bad customer service and bad delivery ..my wife ordered 3 perfumes with value of 400$ to take them with me to my home country ..I never received them and when I contacted the customer service..they said we cannot do anything..very bad people in charge of customer service ..very cheap staff ..I will never recommend it ..my friend already told me to avoid them because of the quality of the perfumes but I did not listen …very disappointed experience..s**t

I ordered Yves Saint Laurent LA NUIT DE L'HOMME 100ML Parfum.. I use this all the time so am absolutely familiar with the fragrance and how it should smell.. What I received smelt weak and similar to a pound shop aftershave that I use for work.. I am not saying that this fake but what they sent me didn't smell remotely like the La Nuit that I have purchased in the UK from Boots etc.. To their credit they allowed me to return it.. However the product cost $127 us with free postage.. They offered a $97 refund.. I opened a PayPal dispute and PayPal decided in my favour and I've just been refunded the full $127.. Personally I will not be using Fragrancex again as I have no confidence in receiving what I ordered. The customer service was very good but constrained by company policy quite obviously.. Perhaps it was a bad batch but it really didn't smell remotely like the product it was meant to be..

hello, please don't waste your time or your money buying the perfume "(blue by Givenchy"), it's a discontinued perfume and the ones that remain on the market no longer have fragrance, or they are refilling it, their smell is only alcohol, It has dregs inside, it's not worth it, I bought one and threw it directly in the trash, it's a shame for those who are selling it,my order was number( 57160759).

Have yet to get a refund... I made a previous review on how dissatisfied I was with my fragrance purchase. As they instructed, I sent my order to the address customer service provided me. 2-3 weeks later I inquired about the status of my return through their email and no response despite them saying that all claims are responded to within 1 business day. I sent 2 more emails and have yet to get a response. I fear I'll never get my $100+ back at this point. edit: Just got off the phone with them. They refused to proceed further unless I gave them the tracking number because customer service did not provide me with a free return label. Not only that, the lady on the phone said that I must call them when my return arrives to receive a refund (they will not do it automatically once they receive the package for some reason). I am fuming. Never order from this site. Customer service is unprofessional

I ordered several things from this site for Christmas delivery and never received any of my orders .. they were paid for but not received. I sent inquiries to the site and finally got some one to check the issues.. I got back an answer that " the delivery was verified " so they let it drop and put it in to my court to check with the delivery service .. I never received any evidence that the product arrived .. and they were flippant as to my problem. I would NEVER order from this company.. THEY TOOK MY MONEY .. BUT I NEVER RECIEVED. DON'T TRUST THEM!!!

I ordered gifts for my nieces and I never received it. I had to fight with them to get my refund. I opened a claim and sent it back to them and almost 2 weeks later nothing was done. Their customer service is based in the Philippines apparently they have no contact to any form of management and when you insist they hang up on you. I did get most of my refund but Fragncex kept the shipping. I kept telling them I want my full refund and I just get hung up on The carrier didn’t put it in a secure place and follow directions. I have a sign in my sort It states - Deliveries -please knock on delivery. The carrier did we can’t knock for safety reasons and left in view of everyone waking by when muon was home and if hey would have just knocked things wouldn’t have gone this way Fragncex took no responsibility on th carrier they use Alan’s they are dishonest. I HAD TO FiGHT FOR MY REFUND. THEIR RESPONDED TO THIS REWIEW IS FALSE. Customer Service doesn’t deal with their customer they hang up on people. Do not buy here, there are a lot of better companies My profucts were stolen when the Carrier they chose didi not follow simple instructions and this company blamed it on the carrier who which they hired. It was really hard to report this to Fragencex. Just a horrible company .
