I don't think the cologne I bought is a real Armani cologne. I've worn this fragrance for years and the scent of this order does not last as long as my previous products from a store or the Armani website. I think it's a knock-off. Will be buying direct from Armani in the future.

FragranceX have kept some of my money. I ordered two perfumes that were not delivered. FragranceX say that they courier was turned away from the address. This could not have happened and I have told them I have a door camera and can prove no one turned up to the address. However they have kept roughly £20 of my money saying it is for tax. When writing a review they have come back to say they want to sort it out. They have only written that I believe so that any one reading the review will think they are half decent. However they have repeated that I still have to pay the tax! They have said they were not the reason the package was returned. Neither was I as it was never received or refused by anyone at the property address (doorbell camera proof), in my eyes THIS IS NOTHING SHORT OF A SCAM to extract money for no product. Please do not use this company unless you have plenty of money to give away and don't care about getting anything in return. UK Law states that the retailer is responsible for courier companies NOT the purchaser.

Llevo más de dos meses sin recibir respuesta ni solución a la estafa que me hizo esta empresa con mis productos, no respondieron los correos y nunca llegaron los productos que pague, solo dijeron que lo habían enviado a otra dirección, no les recomiendo esta empresa para comprar muy mal servicio y son estafadores.

I placed my order on Feb., 6 but it never came (today is 23rd). Tracking says it's still at the first point of the route with no courier assigned. I called them after 2 weeks - they said tracking starts when the parcel crosses the border. Did not happen. Next time I asked for refund - money did not appear on my account. I think this was a scam from the very beginning. I am preparing a statement to the FBI. Order #57503263, ticket# 2179552. No tracking number yet.

As an individual customer\perfumes collector, I bought a number of perfumes at this place, there is almost no purchase without a problem on their part, the last one this week, Varvatos perfume, arrived without a cap, the atomizer leaks horribly after each spray. Be aware, they have misleading information in the orders. From my experience, I'm sure that this place once sold other goods, and then switched to selling perfumes, because the type of problems I encountered with them are not typical for those who deal in this aesthetic field. A typical cheeky response of yours's to my review, the fact is that you sent me a defective product, that is highly correlated to your services level, I already told you, that I don't want the contact with you anymore.

I bought a bottle of Une Amourette by Roland Mouret on the 29th January and received it on the 3rd February. Unfortunately I caught covid and didn’t open it for ten days. When I did I realised it didn’t smell like this perfume (which I’ve bought many times before not from Fragrance x) and the ‘scent’ such as it was lasted about five minutes instead of all evening. I believe it is a complete fake. Unfortunately I’m housebound and sick and cannot get to a post office to return it but have asked for their courier to pick it up. I am so shocked as I trusted Fragrance x to sell the real thing and now regret it very much. Perhaps they will get it collected so I can get my refund. I am very disappointed- the scent is a very expensive and I can’t afford to lose £95
