Overall good but I didn’t receive spray cap for Aramis Fragrance

It smells wonderful, but it doesn't last.

Didn’t come with top/lid to purchase...very disappointing

Not sure the fragrance is as strong as the last time I bought it from a different vendor??

The pricing for the products are great but they did not alert me about an item that was out of stock until I called to find out why my order had not shipped that is not good customer service

I am a long time customer. I love this company. most of my perfumes have been from this site, But I ordered black opium EDP, and it was pure water. The smell didn’t even last for 5 min when sprayed on my skin. I tried this fragrance at belk and it lasted on my wrist until the next morning, so I know there was a problem with the one I ordered from fragrancex. This is the first fragrance I have a problem with from this company, that’s why I gave 3 stars.

I placed an order but did not receive my items for 4 weeks. I heard from the company that they were sorry for the inconvenience and when my order was shipped they would send it 2 day delivery instead of standard but that did not happen. Package was delivered to my garage door. Delivery person never rang my bell and the package was outside all night. I guess I was lucky that no one came and took it. Just think that when items are ordered the company should be more concerned that the customer has a good experience. I will certainly think twice before ordering in the future.

The Purfume you sold me didnt smell as strong as u get at the store, i wont be coming back
