Made a £50 order, item never arrived due to a mistake at there end. They gave refund of £30. There reason for £20 short was postage and tax. Real rip off. Avoid this company , you pay for item, it seems like they don't post it and still take your money ! Avoid.

Ordered aftershave and paid for it. Two days later I get an email saying refund given without explanation and two pound less than what I paid. Aftershave still for sale on the website. Avoid like the plague.

This Company says Discount when actually 40% higher that Retail price. Go directly to Mfg's Page to order and check prices.. They wanted $97.00 for Estee Lauder Cinnabar! $63 AT ESTEE LAUDER!

Ordered 4 aramis aftershave balms. The smell was disgusting. I've used same product for years. Total rip off. Faulty or fake product. Customer service is non existent. When I email my complaint they ignore. The masters offake reviews. Use at your peril.

My package was marked delivered on 2/17 but I had not received it in a week. I contacted the company and was told to file a claim with USPS, so I did. My local department presented to me to send to them a letter from the USPS saying there were many instances of reported theft from mailboxes at my complex due to tampering at the same time, and that my package was likely one of those affected. I asked what could be done about this and the answer given to me was pretty much that nothing could be done. I understand that people scam but I don’t understand the refusal to work with me given that the USPS provided a letter. If you don’t believe me, why not at least verify with the USPS on my behalf that the thefts from this address are valid? Regardless, I am just out the money on this purchase that I made to treat myself. Next time, I’ll go elsewhere.

The website does not clearly inform that additional charge may apply. I thought I had already paid the full amount including shipping and handling to then receive a big charge from DHL. After contacting the company, I was told that they have no control over these additional charges and if I refused to receive the item, no refund would be issued. I have requested a partial refund to help me handle these unexpected charges, but so far no reply. Very dissatisfied.

This is my first time using this site. I think they should begin using another logistics company to deliver in canada. I was home all day and my package never got to me. I checked the tracking and was surprised to see that the driver marked my address invalid when it says so on the mailbox by the road. No attempt to contact me and I see that my order has been returned to shipper. It hurts because it was a gift going on a flight the day after. Now it's meaningless as I can't send it anymore. I now have to wait another 5 to 7 days for them to reship it. What's to say they won't tell me my address is invalid again. I think they should be better than this.
