Ordered some cologne. Item came but nothing was in the package. Contacted the company for support and they told me to get in touch with the courier. No refund was given and I paid money for a product I didn’t receive. Absolutely horrified by this customer service.

I received today the perfurme and I was suprised to see that it was not in a sealed Hermes box. I checked the invoice in the box and the confirmation email where I noticed that it said "tester". However on your website, on the page of the actual product you did not and do not say "Tester". When I bought the perfume it did not say "tester" on the actual page of the product. There was no need to check the email you sent to me confirming the purchase, as any decent company would have sent to me a confirmation email aligning to the product description they had on the website. I tend to buy this perfurme, the "sealed" product for £100-£120 discounted prices from John Lewis etc when they have special offers. I would never have paid this amount for a "tester".

Shocking company. Sent back a perfume as I ordered the wrong one. They have been refusing to give me a refund for month. I have sent the DPD tracking number the package was sent back with ( using their own label!). They offered me a partial refund, I declined and now they are refusing to refund me. This is against trading standards and should not be allowed. I’ve been fighting this for months. They are a con artist company to deal with. Do not purchase from this site.

Waiting ages for my delivery, contacted the courier and FragranceX did not provide adequate customs documents so now my order is being sent back. Contact FragranceX support and get no response. Very very poor.

I ordered miracle lancom perfume last month and was deducted $74 and I never receive my item

Really disappointed to be giving them a bad review as I’ve had good service in the past. My first issue was one of my bottles arrived in a poor state, the second arrived not as advertised but one of them was okay. They did sort this out though so I continued to purchase from them. I made an order towards the end of March which was marked at delivered with a blurry photo which wasn’t outside my property. I’ve spoken to DPD several times who have accepted they are at fault and that I need to contact the company for a refund. FrangranceX have done nothing but tell me they’re looking into it. Which today I’ve found out isn’t true from what DPD are telling me. After a month of pestering them through email with no resolution I’ve claimed it back through the bank as I’ve lost all patience. The prices are affordable for a reason, because the service is sub par to say the least!

Buenas noches quisiera contarle algo muy positivo pero no e podido concretar mi orden por qué no colocaba bien mi direccion de facturación pero la compra que hice con fecha del 11/4/2023 me fue cancelada y el dinero aún no me a Sido reversado por lo que me comunique con mi ente financiero y me dijeron que el dinero pudo haberse quedado en el comercio en este caso ustedes por lo que ya no se que hacer sin más que decir se despide.com gracias! Espero su respuesta positivamente...
