Recieved the product in timely manner and good price except, it was NOT a Versace product. It was a fake product and did not have the official Versace stamp.

Two of the perfumes bought were rancid.

I absolutely love the Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Spray Mist, lotion and body wash. I have purchased things from FragranceX for over 25 years and have always loved what I got. Only problem I have had more than once is the way they ship things. When I got my package, they hadn't packed it right period and the lotion was open, had leaked all in the box and the same thing with the body wash. So now I can't use the lotion. I tried it and it suds up like the body wash does. Y'all need to re-train your employee's or something that packs things so they will pack it right so things like this doesn't happen. This was a waste of my money. I'm not very happy about this happening yet again so I'm truly not sure if I will ever order from FragranceX again! Very disappointed!

Wasn't aware that the perfume I ordered was a sample. Was about a inch and 1/2 gone with no top on it. It smells ok, but was a disappointment to me when I received it. I was impressed how soon it got to me though.

The service and products are great. The constant emails are extremely annoying to me! That is why I am rating average.
