I was satisfied with the perfume testers I received. The jadore tester was empty nothing was in the container. That upset me.

No coupon to bye more! 0nly $5.00 off next order. I thought online was supposed to be cheaper.

The company is fine the fragrance is not like it was before. Calyx scent doesn't last.

Have not received package at time expected

Around Fathers Day I order some samples for dad to try and maybe then pick a full bottle. After 4 business days I emailed status of delivery. Finally get an email back that one of my samples is on back order and they are waiting for a shipment of that sample before they ship my whole order. I look on the website it does not say back order. It looks like you could order it. I write and tell them don't wait just send the other samples I need them now. I wonder if I had not emailed them about status of order would they just have kept waiting for the one sample to come in. How long would i have been waiting for my order. Just better communication on the status on my order would have been the better customer service I would like to have gotten. They refunded me the one sample cologne that was holding up my order. Out the blue the shipment arrived. Needless to say it was after Father's Day when package got here. First time using Fragarane X. Didnt feel like i got the best customer service with the entire process !!

Did not like perfumes are fake

After many great experiences, this one was not so great. Products were listed as in stock when order was placed, but after calling them 5 days later, was told one of the items was not in stock, so the order came much later than expected which was disappointing because one of the items was a gift. I still got great products at a great price, just not as quickly as i should have.

I have some things I’m waiting a month for you to have in stock.
