I only rated you a 3-star because I want to smell the other fragrance that you have send me some small samples

I had no problem ordering online. I thought I was ordering CK 1 Summer for women. I received CK1 Summer (unisex). It doesn't smell like the other spray that I have. It was reasonably priced and I don't feel like the hassle of sending it back.

My order came on time. Nicely packed and merchandise was expected as it seen online! Thank u for discount and my delivery!

One of the bottles was half full, it had been opened and leaked in transit.

Placed an order for two Men’s Heremes colognes. No word for about five days, then I received an Email saying product can be tracked and by the way, only 1 item and the other would be refunded. Would have appreciated a faster response and an opportunity to either modify or cancel the original order.

For some reason, they had trouble accepting my credit card and I have to send a photo of the information in the credit card holder's record, which was correct since I placed the order.

Nice scent very weak...can't tell you ever put it on after2 hours.

delivery took very long, and when I called your rep told me that I had to call my local post office, which I did, then sent you an email and finally you took action. It made me doubt I will use you again, besides never got a note of apology and the products were for a birthday gift.
