When it comes to South Africa (and other international countries), we are unable to offer tracking scans until the package is actually cleared from customs in your country - that is why we have no scans at the moment. Simplemente necesita llamar al departamento de servicios comerciales (no al equipo de atención al cliente habitual) y solicitar el código de 6 dígitos que verifica la transacción. Esta es una medida de seguridad para garantizar que la transacción sea autorizada por usted.
