I have also reviewed this company's shipping in a negative light, but now that I actually received my products, I am so aghast I cannot adequately convey my disappointment. I ordered three fragrances, two of which I have empty bottles of from the manufacturer to which to compare, and one to which I had a sample to compare. These scents that I ordered are NOT the real thing! I strongly suspect that the pump may come loaded with real perfume, but after a few sprays, it becomes clear that what is in these bottles is mostly alcohol and water. Not only is the color not quite exact, but in particular the Jimmy Choo women's is nothing even remotely close to what Jimmy Choo actually smells like. At first I thought it may have turned in the bottle, but when I investigated the other fragrances I ordered, the Eternity smelled ok at first, but a few sprays in and the actual Eternity scent is gone and doesn't last on skin. The Halloween the color is slightly too bright and the bottles are different, I won't disclose exactly how because I am not trying to make a fake better by telling them where they screwed up! I am so furious that I cannot even compose an email to them right now, so my husband is happily taking over the customer service process in hopes of a refund for these FAKE bottles that they are selling. I wish I had saved the packaging to take to a department store to compare, but I didn't expect that this would be a problem that I would ever encounter, so I threw it away when they arrived a couple days ago. They have responded to my review, and I am uncertain as to why they would think that whether or not this would be the first time I had ordered from them would be relevant, but it's IRRELEVANT. These bottles are unequivocally NOT the same as those that I have in my cabinet FROM THE MANUFACTURERS and there is absolutely no resolution. For one perfume to have a bottle change would be one thing, but all three having issues? Not a coincidence!!! I have two of the boxes dug from the garbage for them but do not have the third and I expect my money refunded IN FULL, INCLUDING SHIPPING as I have been sold FAKE products and I WILL be contacting the manufacturers directly as well because these are brands which I have used and to whom I have been loyal for over a decade except for the Jimmy Choo which is newer to me, but I am not ignorant as to the quality of the product I expected and did not receive from this company. Again, do not order from here, you are buying a primed pump fake!

The worst customer service, they do not stand behind their products, they promise one thing, and then do another and have comprehension issues, when explaining situations, and in writing. I ordered two bottles of perfume that were delivered in my landscaped Hedges and the delivery person did not ring the doorbell so I had no idea that there was a hidden package in my landscaping. The sprinklers went on it rained and when I went out to get the mail, I just happen to notice the package. The box was collapsed. There was nothing to salvage and it was dirty full of bugs and dirt. The perfume bottle packaging was wet. I took pictures called customer service and said I can’t bring the packaging in the house but I’ve taken a picture of the shipping label in the box, they said that’s fine I said OK I’m going to throw away the box. They told me that they would provide compensation or replacement. I’ve been asking for a replacement for almost 4 months. Then later they blamed me and said I needed the packaging and I should’ve filed a complaint which I did I just didn’t have the packaging , the person I spoke with told me to open up the perfume box I opened up the perfume boxes, and one of the top off, and the container was discolored, which means the perfume has leaked out to discolor the bottle, then proceeded to ask me some of the same questions over and over that Did not make any sense. I have phoned numerous times and each person tells me I can’t speak to a supervisor I have to deal with the first person I spoke with who is in capable of handling the situation. Then I explained it in detail again today and I got a response blaming me again And telling me I should’ve filed a claim which I did and they contacted the shipper. I didn’t arrange the shipping they’re not willing to provide me compensation or a replacement and I want to replacement a perfume bottle has been opened. It can go bad I have no idea how they stored these items and they told me that items are triple check three times before they’re shipped. Well how did the bottle top come off? How is it discolored and why am I having so many problems with the company that told me they would take care of it and they have not. It’s been a total time waster and I paid for two bottles of Creed perfume. If you order and you don’t have a problem, then maybe this is an OK company but if you have a problem they’ll make it your problem. The customer service has been terrible. The delivery was terrible and the condition of the items I ordered were in poor condition and I probably rotten. A bottle is discolored. That means that it has leaked. Fragrance X has been terrible to me, and not honorable based on what they told me the day of delivery and four months later and counting. I would not recommend buying a gift from this company, otherwise the recipient could be dealing with a nightmare, they do not have proper customer service and they do not allow you to speak to someone who could handle your situation or supervisor. They just send you back to the original person that caused the issues.

UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO SHIPMENT ACTIVITIES ON MY ORDER FPR 9 DAYS NOW. THEY SAID IT IS WITH SMSA AND SMSA SAID IT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE SHIPER

I bought (order 61023952) and the money was discounted from my account, but the order is on hold because they are asking me for a code. But my bank told me that they dont recieve codes like that. And now i went to track my order and the page says its cancelled but i never did that, and my money hasent been returned. I need a solution, help.

Worst company I ever dealt with! I received the product relatively quick but the product is a cheap version. I had at least 5-6 bottle of this parfum in the past and all lasted long. This one you can't smell even after 1h, it's so bad but this is not the worst part. I sent the parfum back on 7th of August, I contacted DPD they confirmed that the parcel has been delievered on the 9th of August, so basically 3 months ago. I sent many email to Fragracex asking for the refund but they keep telling me that they haven't received the parcel to their other location, because they send from one of their location to another in bulk, but honestly.. who care how they handle they returns if you don't have your money back. If it's like 2 weeks delay, okay fine. But are they really expect their customer waiting for months and months for the refund? Totally unaccaptable. I'm taking legal actions now and contacting consumer protection, and it's not just about the money, but they have to be accountable and they have to show some respect to their customers!

I made my first purchase on FragranceX for a perfume I have worn for years. The advertised picture is for the more expensive EDP but when you go to order, it is a tiny picture that you dont realize is for the cheaper EDT (pic1). They don't even sell the more expensive EDP version. I can go to multiple places and get the EDT version cheaper (pic2). I wrote the company and was advised "It's always a good practice to read the label of the perfume carefully before making a purchase to ensure it matches your expectations." My response would be it is always good business practice to put the actual picture of what you are selling and not a picture of a product that is not even available. Sephora, Macys, Walmart, etc dont seem to have this problem and use false advertising when selling and ONLY use picture of what they are actually selling. Shoddy and deceptive business practice. Will be returning.

I regret to find myself in the position of having to write this review on Trustpilot, as my attempts to resolve an issue with Fragrance X have been met with frustration and disappointment. Furthermore, I wish to highlight a highly unprofessional incident that occurred during my phone calls with the customer service representative. I initially contacted Fragrance X regarding an issue with a fragrance purchase that I made from the UK, intended as a gift to someone in the UK. The fragrance bottle I received was not as expected; it was half empty, which was an embarrassing situation as I had planned to gift a complete and unopened bottle. I contacted Fragrance X multiple times by email which was prolonged for 2 weeks and then after not recieving a reply i had to phone from the UK not once, not twice, but three times, in an attempt to resolve this matter. During these calls, I was promised that I would receive a follow-up contact with a proper resolution to the issue. Regrettably, I have not received any such communication, nor has my concern been properly addressed. The lack of responsiveness and the failure to rectify the situation are deeply disappointing, especially considering the national nature of my purchase. In addition to these issues, I must highlight that during my last phone call with the customer service team, I was on the line for approximately 20 minutes. The call incurred significant costs, roughly estimated at £60. This is an additional and considerable financial loss that I have incurred as a result of this issue. What further compounds this disappointing experience is a highly unprofessional incident that occurred during the last phone call. I would like to bring to your attention that the supervisor on the call audibly burped without muting himself. This incident is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism and service standards of Fragrance X. The lack of resolution, combined with the unprofessional conduct during one of the calls, leaves me feeling frustrated and ignored. My trust in Fragrance X as a reputable business has been severely shaken. I hope that my experience serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers who may encounter similar issues in the future. In such cases, it is vital to have effective customer service and maintain a professional demeanor throughout interactions with customers. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from the standard expected. I urge Fragrance X to reevaluate its customer service procedures, communication practices, and professionalism in interactions with customers. I did not receive my package. The usps record shows the package was delivered to parcel locker but parcel locker has no record. I as a long time customer spend several hundreds of dollar in past, lost my money. So disappointed and will never buy anything from this company,
