FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

One of my bottles arrived damaged and leaking. I contact customer service no one has gotten back to me.

Product came on time and everything is as it should genuine products and packaging that had not been altered.

I purchased the Juicy Couture 3.4 oz Dirty English and the 6.7 oz Dirty English shower gel. I've purchased the colonge before and I loved it, along with everyone else who smelled it on me. Which is what tempted me to try the shower gel. My only gripe is with the bottling of the shower gel. It comes in a thin flimsy plastic pouch resembling a Capri Sun juice pouch. For a grown man to recieve a shower gel resembling a kids juice pouch is distasteful to me. I highly recommend a change in bottling.

I was excited for my order to arrive. However, one of my samples was halfway gone. Two of the same ordered so the difference was spot on. Outside of that I will definitely order again. I have nine fragrances to try so I can pin point exactly what I like. Happy Shopper.

Fast delivery came via UPS well packaged and came within 3days I got the captain America and CK one cologne

There was confusion about my order -- I received my order in triplicate. In a text exchange I was told that I must have 'clicked' 3 times, which is not believable to me. I have returned the 2 extra packages, but have not been credited for the return yet. I have liked FragranceX in the past and would like to use it in the future, but this latest snafu has eroded my confidence.

Great product fast delivery
