FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

Okay. The Tabac arrived unbroken and fast BUT....the outer box was never sealed and USPS put one piece of cheap tape on it which did not hold. I was lucky it arrived unbroken if at all. Thanks...the price was okay, though.

It doesn’t smell strong enough like it should Paul Sabastion the color looks weak I have been buying the stuff for 20 plus years

The Angel fragrance that I purchased is not the real thing, I put it on in the morning when I shower and by 9AM I can no longer smell it. Not just me, but also my husband. The real Angel I can still smell on my wrists in the evening. It was the large bottle and supposedly a "tester". What it is is a "faker" not a tester. I purchased some Light Blue from FragranceX before and I believe it was the real thing.that is why I made this purchase.

If a company makes more than one fragrance, it would be nice to know which one you bought. Such as Aramis for men. Most men know the original scent of the 70s and may not be aware the company makes many more, so being very disappointed when receiving a different scent (like me). A suggestion I'd like to make, maybe a customer can request a sample swatch before ordering? This would be very helpful.

Good delivery but ur prices has gotten higher

Editing : I was updated by the website that the carrier made a mistake and was fully refunded. So I change my rating to 4 although didnt get the perfume eventually because the service was efficient . I did not recieve my package although is was reported as delivered and didn't get any responce after writing to the support team. I am going to claim my money back!

I was very surprised at the size of the bottle.

Second time I ordered the angel tester spray I happened to repeat myself that I wanted to spray the first time I got Angel muse as lovely as it was it’s not what I wanted and the second time I ordered I got a sachet that by the time I opened it it was all dried out money wasted and didn’t get what I wanted !
