I placed an order for a birthday and when I got the email with shipment it showed the wrong address twice. Birthday has pass and the item is still not back at the warehouse(which will take another week if it is resent ).

Spent over £500 on order, it was sent with DHL Premium worldwide shipping, estimated delivery was November 23rd 2018, today is 27th November 2018 and my order is still not delivered, DHL tracking states the shipment is on hold since friday 23! And I already paid them £100 for import tax online as they demanded. I contacted both DHL and FragranceX, waiting for reply and will update the review. So far very disappointing. Edit: orders received 4 days later, not very convenient having to contact DHL myself about the order like 3 times before they finally delivered it.

El motivo de que solo tres estrella de calificacion le doy es porque yo ordene 2 perfume el dia 5 de noviembre y hasta despue de una semana procesaron mi orden y se tomo mas de una semana en recibir mis perfume.
