I've been using this site for about 3 years and suddenly something happened - first they sent me Hugo Boss that didn'tseem natural to me and now I'm wating for almost 7 weeks for my last order - they don't hava a tracking number and nobody can tell me where my package is.

I have been buying from FragranceX for several years now and have always had excellent experiences until now. I haven't received my order that was apparently shipped on March 31, 40 days later I'm still trying to get some sort of response. I have received their form letter response twice then I wrote back 2 weeks ago saying that wasn't acceptable and I wanted some action taken by them and now they seem to have forgotten all about me. Will have to think twice before I use them again. J...Australia UPDATE - I finally received my order from FragranceX more than 10 weeks after it was ordered. Even though they say orders are posted via airmail I think mine was sent surface mail via sea. I have never had an order take so long to get from The States to Australia. Another thing was that there was a sticker stating that extra postage paid. Maybe it was held up due to FragranceX not paying enough postage initially. By the way I also got an email saying delivery was held up by the Iceland Volcanic Ash disrupting flights. I had to laugh as my order was sent on 31 March, or so they said, and the volcano didn't cause any problems until 15 April. I will try to buy my products from Australia in future.
