Overall I think you provide a good service and product but I do have some concerns about how long the product has been on your shelve

I’ve waited for almost 2 weeks to receive an update, regarding my purchase for delivery. It normally ships in 2 days. Not sure what issue has occurred, knowing that my account was debited automatically. The recent email states one order can’t be delivered. After this long wait. The second,email says my order is on its way. The company should offer you something for the long wait to compensate you . It could have been an alternate of my request. Not sure, if I’m ready to purchase anything additional at this time.

Not what I expected

Different bottle than when I buy it anywhere else.

Was not the size purfume i ordered.. contacted them a few times... no return mail...

You never have in stock what I order all the time

It is a “so-so” site. Prices were a little higher in comparison with FragranceNet.com. I will probability compare prices in the future. Delivery time was great.

Fast service is what stands out in my opinion
