Be careful if you are in UK. It is a cheaper option for perfumes however you need to add the hidden cost you will be hit with prior to delivery from DHL. I just had to pay an extra £17 VAT & customs charge before they would deliver. Cost of £65 on Amazon compared to £34 perfume, £10 delivery, £17 Vat/customs. Is it worth £4 saving when Amazon would have delivered in a few days. I will let you know when it actually arrives.

If you live in UK it is extremely probable that you will be charged an extra tax. I had recently ordered Eternity by Calvin Klein from FragranceX. - It did arrive and package was ok. The bottle did not tightly fit inside the box. It was a bit loose. - The cap is loose and not secure. The real bottle at Macy's is tight and well made. - The bottle itself looks legit, words are spelled correctly and the juice inside is the right color. But it is extremely WATERED down. It only lasts at most 30 min with a strong scent. After that I have to put my nose right on the spots that I sprayed to be able to smell it. This is most likely what you will get online. I get all my perfumes as Macy's because I know they are all legitimate. Purchasing online gives you two risks: - The fragrance may be completely fake or watered down, old, etc. - Using your card online can run the risk of theft and people can use your card. P.S. I had never once had my card used by someone else. After ordering from FragranceX, my card was starting to be used by someone else and I had to change my card. What caused this? I leave that for you to conclude.

The website offers some great prices for the perfumes, I spent only £40 on 2 bottles of perfume however I have been charged a SIXTEEN POUND customs fee. SIXTEEN POUND!!! Tempted not to pay it and just let the DHL men have the perfume! As other international websites are more than happy to do, I am sure FragranceX could have taken steps to have avoided this for their customers. I wont be using again nor recommending to others. Would have been cheaper getting the perfume in Harrods!!

I have ordered from this site on 8 December, and I received an email with tracking number. However, every time i logged on to check, it shows the goods is still in US. When I checked with them, they mentioned the goods have been shipped out, and so I waited. 2 weeks passed, the goods are still in US. I got fed up and email them again, and what they do is they refunded the money back to me. However, didn't actually followed up on why I haven't got the goods. I have to checked the DHL myself, and the answer given was negative. So I went back to FragranceX again, they said the goods are confirmed being shipped and the status of delivery may came in late as they usually update in bulk? She again said I should received the goods within 14 business day. Today is the 14th days, and the DHL site still show my goods are not moving, still in US. All in all, I do not have a good experience ordering from this site. I'm glad that they did refund back to me, but the delivery was screwed up and my christmas gift wasn't delivered. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

I had used a coupon and voucher code, from a promotional email they sent.. On the front of it shows, free worldwide shipping, but on check out, clearly I had been charged. Was also disappointed with the big standard reply,, which is a shame. Given I have used them a couple of times. Will not again

I ordered 3 items from them. It took 13 days to get order, with poor tracking info. One of the jars was only half full. . I wish I had read the other reviews first.

Don’t know about other countries, however, if you order from Australia, do not expect your order to arrive for some time. It has been over 3 months and I'm still waiting on my order! If you looking for fast delivery and good products, go to ebay and get your stuff there. Ordered some fragrances 2 weeks ago on ebay, payed less than on fragrancex and already using them!!

I ordered three times from this company and was satisfied with their service, so I made two further orders, neither of which arrived. According to their customer service, my package may have been delayed in customs -but it doesn't take eight months to clear customs. This company is a disgrace. Edit: One order arrived after a few months. After a year the company finally offered me a store credit, which I used to replace the bottle that never arrived -it turned up after a few days.
