We would like to inform you that the cancellation of your order was necessary due to a discrepancy between your shipping address and your PayPal address. It is important to note that this is a policy enforced by PayPal, which we are obliged to adhere to. Hope this helped. Have a great day!

Hello, Thank you for your review. We value your feedback and are sorry to hear about your product dissatisfaction. I see that the item we shipped matches the item you ordered. Please note that items/packaging change from time to time at manufactures discretion. We are unable to guarantee that the item will be 100% as the picture due to our revolving stock. I see that my colleague sent you a Return label so you can return the item for a full refund. Once we receive the item at our warehouse, you will be notified by email. Hello Anthony, We appreciate you taking the time to review our services. Your feedback is highly valuable to us, and we regret any dissatisfaction you may have encountered. All Klarna purchases go through Klarna before they reach us. If Klarna cannot find your transactions, it is likely that they are simply pending authorizations and they will fall off with the next days. We advise to use another payment method in the meantime, such as debit/credit card or PayPal (which also offers installment payments). Hope this helps. Have a great day!
