Need to improve upon web site - very frustrating.

After comparing cost and sizes, I was attracted to FragranceX’s price point. At the site there was a 15% off coupon for which I obtained the code. When I applied the code to my cart, instead of taking 15% off, the ending price was what was advertised. I still got the product I purchased so not a scam but the way they went about making me feel like J would be receiving an additional 15% off made me feel duped

Try to avoid to request teh 6-digit authorization code from the bank, sometimes is quite difficult to get it from our bank. You should find a way to have it by your own.

Paperwork should be included in the shipment so that item could be returned if desired.

Delivery was tied to the outside of mailbox at 3:00 am in -10 degree weather. Fragrance box was not wrapped in a sealed plastic wrap, so it could appear used or old when I gift it. Price was good, shipping was fast.

Took longer then expected to get.

Slow shipping every time and returns are super slow although the products I’ve ordered were real and not fakes or knockoffs

They sent it to incomplete address (missing street name and apartment #) although PayPal provided them with correct address. Customer service wasn't very helpful, had to deal with UPS.
