The frangrance is old. It isn’t as strong as it is in the store, I’m guessing these are old that were never sold or either fake.. you get what you pay for I guess

Your fragrance are water down not good products very disappointed

Well, I haven't received my order that I over 15 days ago. Fragrancex used USPS as the carrier but USPS still in delayed status after 15 days?! Can't you use a more reputable carrier?

If the product is not in stock, don't say it is when you order it via your web site. When my order did not come within a reasonable time, I called the person said the product Was backed ordered. If that WOULD of HAPPENED in the beginning I would not of ordered it. Someone could of e-mailed me with the news. Also the person offered another product,I did not care for it.and this was a gift for someone, so I had to purchase somewhere else. NOT VERY HAPPY,PLEASE COMUNATE BETTER.

I am in the process of returning the product, quality is very poor. was very happy the first time I purchase from fragrance x .

5 star on the delivery time, BUT ONLY ONE STAR IN ADVERTISEMENT! I bought ONE test bottle (bottle without box) cause thats all they had in stock. So I bought 6 more bottles that cost $1.00 more cause they had a decorative box (that I didn't want). So they sent me all 7 bottles (cans) as a test can for the price of the higher priced one! So my order cost me $5 to $6 more than it should have. And didn't make any adjustments!

I buy A LOT of fragrance, second hand and new, online and in store. And by far the worst experience I have ever had was with this company. It's not that they don't offer some good deals on classic or popular designer scents. They do. They offer tester bottles, which are particularly well priced and if your collection lacks those, I recommend buying a few in one go to save on postage. Postage is not toooo bad considering it's a US company. BUT: the whole marketing really sucks. Pricing isn't clear - you can't see the VAT added until you add the item to the cart, which is ridiculous if you are selling consumer goods to UK customers. If your website can show prices in sterling, it could easily show VAT added too, and this is just a ploy to pretend the price is lower than it really is. Same for postage. The offers/discount codes that are advertised on the website and in their (extremely frequent and noisy) promo emails are complicated and borderline deceptive. Offers are described as ''AND'' while in fact they don't add. And the whole thing just feels tasteless, garish and extremely pushy. I wrote them an email once complaining about murky advertising tactics (Implying discounts could be combined while they couldn't; advertising EXTRA 15% off for one day when there was no extra 15% off on top of existing 15% off, and it is always there, not a real discount, certainly not for one day; titling the email as if the discount was for a specific fragrance while it was their standard 15% not-really-a-discount) and although I got a reply, it failed to address any of my concerns, instead telling me how to choose the highest applicable reduction.

Давно покупаю на FragranceX.com. Не было нареканий. Столкнулась с 100% подделкой при заказе 3.4 oz Angel Eau De Parfum Spray Refillable (Tester). Аромат пришёл в кривой бутылке с пузырьками в стекле, не Refillable, без надписи на крышке флакона. Аромат похож по первым нотам, но распадается на ужасный запах. Разочарована.
