I like the options and prices. But when I went to pay with my credit card my order was placed on a wait because according to you my address didn't match the address associated with my card and to please contact my credit card company. But this was untrue because it does match. So I had to call to your company to see what was going on with my order. So it had to be pushed through by a supervisor. I did not understand why that happened when my address was the correct one. So overall, I am just a little upset that my order had to be placed on a hold after verifying my billing address.

Does not smell much like Paris. Very disappointing. Would like a refund.

I made 2 orders fairly close togather. Supposedly the 1st order was delivered, but the 2nd order went through several emails saying it had shipped and then a final email saying that it could not be shipped and that I would receive a refund which has not shown up on my CC. I do not know the status of doing business with this company as I am stationed abroad and will not be back in the US until late May. Sorry I did business with them.

I would have given you 5 stars up to my last order. My fragrance was a tester, it didn't have a lid, which is no big deal, but the fragrance lacked quality. It had no fragrance. Unless I receive a free bottle I will no longer purchase from FragranceX. I threw my box away because I was always satisfied and will ship it back if I receive a new bottle along with a return box. I have been buying from you for years and would like to continue to do business with you. You're cooperation will be greatly appreciated.

I paid for over night shipping, it took three daystoget my package Fragrancex didn't offer any kind of compensation for not delivering on time

You guys advertise Red Door perfume then you click into it and you never have it I don't like the little bitty bottles I like one I can spray to me that is kind of like false advertisement

My products were nothing but liquid. I've purchased Usher Butter Body Creme over the years and NEVER had such a disappointing experience. Other than that, the process and delivery was fine.

I have purchased a few items from you with great success. However this recent purchase was not the correct sent. I understood the packaging changed but my wife was so disappointed that the sent was different. To make it worse I purchase two bottles of the fragrance for her for an Easter present and as you can detect she was so so dissaponted. Thank you for following up. Paul.
