I ordered perfume prior to going to the US. Had it deliveries to US. Never got it and had to leave US to return to Mexico without it. I contacted you and the order had never shipped. Very disappointed!

experience with FragranceX was good as far as product was sent in timely manner and without damage but Fahrenheit cologne has no lasting fragrance to it might as well spray alcohol on

Well , Related to Perfumes, I am sure they are authentic. 2 stars because, there verification process is very very poor. I hav been ordering from the same method since 3+ Years and billing address is mostly same. Shipping address rarely changed . But they always send me a mesg that my order is on hold . I hav to call them for verifications, then email them, may be they take mt whole day on this . After that, they ship it. Its annoying because since 3 years the same thing is going on

poor customer service took payment out of account fast but took two days for them to package and another whole day to get it in the mail

I was so excited to see Lolita Lempicka again. It's been years. I'm glad I ordered small sizes though. I ordered Lolita Lempicka by Lolita Lempicka 0.17 oz mini EDP for Women. And I also ordered Lolita Lempicka Elle L'aime also 0.17 oz size Mini EDP for Women. I don't remember the one I tried back then, but now I'm sure it was the first one. I remember I loved the smell. Someone gave it to me. I wore it all the time. When it was gone I wanted to buy more but I couldn't afford it. I don't remember if it was perfume or something lighter. Maybe that's why it smelled different then and now. But it smells very different to me now and I know I won't be ordering it again. I was disappointed. Carolyn Keaney

Honestly, I made one purchase through them; never again! The fragrance of the cologne had been diluted significantly!!!!

Received incorrect product and was asked to send picture of what I received as well as copy of original order clearly was not the correct product I returned the product and was told the correct One would be sent out and then I get an e-mail stating a refund would be issued What????? What happened to customer service telling me they do have what I want and would send it!
