I was not happy with Fragrancex. I checked with customer service to assure me the item sent would be as pictured in their add. And it wasn’t. Wasted my time to return it. I trusted them to tell the truth.

Even though your prices are fair, you offer no specials for customers who shop often at your site. The prices that are shown already have the discounted price mark in it, that's not a deal. Thank CM.

I have ordered many times from Fragrance X over the years. Good experience all around. Last time I was given a price (20% off) plus free shipping, but when the check out total was listed, 1) price did not reflect the % discount 2) shipping ($5.95) was added. I had to call twice to get a credit to my account. Does Fragrant X have some "cookies" in their program? Do they count on some unsuspecting clients "not to notice"? I did, some might think this not a very honest way to do business. Please delite me from any more e-mail offers.

Received wrong items. Returned them and am awaiting replacement for right items. Customer service didn't seem to helpful.

A rarity for me I usually love the fragrances I purchase.La Vie Este Belle was disappointing,I sprayed more than enough in the morning and within the hour the fragrance disappeared.again before I went to bed and in the morning no smell at all? Has this happened to anyone else?

I ordered Lolita Lempika in a spray vial and a larger sampler of perfume. When I received the package, the vial was completely empty! Granted, they credited my account, but I ordered that size to carry with me - it's so easy to put in my purse and pull it out to refresh the fragrance. They didn't ask if they could replace it - they said to ship the sample to me again would be too costly for such a small item. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! Like Marshall Field's always said, "Give the lady what she wants." He was a very smart man.
