FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

Fragrance x sent me 2 bottles of Dana tabu perfume that were nothing like the perfume l have worn for years...are chemical disinfectant smelling copies that made your throat burn. Were returned..waited nearly 2 months for refund...only got partial refund ??? They still owe me £13.50..DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. FAKE PERFUME

This company is a fraud do not deal with them . I have been buying L'Interdit for over 5 years from Myer and decided to purchase with fragrance x nothing like the real thing and cost me the same money ,never again

A fuir ! Paypal m'a remboursé mon article.

We made purchase , 2 weeks later call them to see the order status. I was told that it's on hold , and I have to call my bank / credit card to get authorization code , which I never hear . But I still call my bank ang said all I do is give them the card information which I already input when I order on line So waste my time all morning. If you don't want to waste your time go shop elsewhere

I ordered Happy Heart from FragranceX.com and it was never delivered to my home or a note left to pick it up at the post office. Whoever they hired to deliver, lied and never delivered it to me. I'm including the screenshot of the place blocking me after I made many request for my package. I never received a package and asked Vanessa many times for help. I have over 25 emails for proof. When I've exhausted all of my resources and asked for a refund refund, FragranceX.com refunded me half of what I paid for ($28) when I paid (41€) I have all the proof. I have all the emails of me begging for what I paid for...I have all the lies and they're just going to Gaslight you into believing that they're right and you're wrong as the customer??? Save yourself the time, money, and trouble. FragranceX.com IS BAD Business and not honest. I'm still very angry I have nothing. I had to beg for package that I paid hard working money for...and received NOTHING. I spoke to Vanessa through "many" emails and a very annoying guy on the phone that refused to let me speak to a manager.... He denied my request. 😔NOW I'M GOING TO MY BANK AND GOING TO REPORT FRAUD. I have really been bummed out about this whole experience. Please save yourself and just buy from somewhere else and leave these online companies like FragranceX.com and fraudulent behavior to karma. (I have many screenshots of the gaslighting and no product) I'm seriously losing all faith in online purchasing. PEOPLE ARE JUST NOT HONEST WITH INTEGRITY ANYMORE. 🙄 UPDATE: as you can see they left me a message but I'm still left with nothing. There was no note left on delivery that they attempted. NO NOTE to go pick it up anywhere! In fact I have 25 emails trying to track down my package WITH VANESSA and ASKED and practically BEGGING for the package I paid for now... I have no package I got cheated in the price and I have NOTHING. What's crazy as I have something in my basket I was going to buy another perfume, and still get ads from them. Hoping that it's an email of them doing the right thing and just sending me another perfume. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG IT'S YOUR FAULT AND IT SHOULD NEVER FALL ON THE CUSTOMER. BUYING ONLINE IS A BIG RISK! ESPECIALLY WITH FRAGRANCEX.COM

My feedback is based totally on my experience with this company!, I should have listened to some of there reviews when people warned potential customers of the horrible shipping experience, and there customer service representatives in my opinion is ignorant and unprofessional, I do NOT recommend this company!!, (response 5-31-24) I say again if you're smart you'll stay away from this company, they at the beginning had an opportunity to help but choose not to, whatever misunderstanding might come about there's not excuses for there unprofessionalism, and it was your fault for mixing up email addresses, that's not my fault you delivered my package to my old address when I didn't make the order with that address, and instead of making feeble inaccurate excuses try reading your reviews and addressing your issues honestly instead of blaming your customers for YOUR screwup(s), I standby what I said, I do not recommend this horrible business and I strongly suggest people read there Google reviews also, stop making excuses and try valuing your customers because you can and will lose customers (in my opinion), I'm proof of that!!, Again!!,I stand by my review, they are a horrible company that I wouldn't do business with again and strongly don't recommend anyone who reads this not to as well based on my experience with them, and the BBB reviews as well!!
