Hi Joanna! Thank you for sharing your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion regarding the return process. At the moment, FragranceX.com is unfortunately not providing prepaid return labels for UK returns, regardless of the payment method used. We understand the added return cost was frustrating, and we are sorry for the misunderstanding and concern this caused. Please rest assured that once your return is received and processed according to our return guidelines, your refund will be issued accordingly. We are also working toward having return labels available again for UK customers in the future. 📦 We appreciate your patience and feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience in the future!
