Shipping method is not trustworthy
I wish the shipping method was with a private shipping company. USPS tracking told me my package was delivered mid-week last week, and it was not. I contacted them and got a reply they were investigating, but there was no follow up. I was worried for 4 days that it had been mis-delivered. It finally was delivered on Monday. Love the perfume. It is expensive and hard to find so I am relieved it made it to me after so much anxiety.

Terrible Support Team
Edit: I have now received my replacement bottle. I'll still shop at FragranceX.com as I have ordered many times before and have always had a good experience with them. Obviously I was not happy with their support team, but they did fix the problem and I'm now happy with my purchase. I'll update from 1 star to 4, based on most of my purchases with them. Original: I've received my package last Tuesday and the bottle was broken, as soon as I opened the box, I took pictures and emailed them to their support team asking for instructions to get a replacement. I didn't hear back from them then, by now I've already sent 3 emails and nothing! This is so frustrating, especially because I've bought a lot of perfumes from them before and thought they were a good company but I guess they are only "good" when things go well, if something goes wrong and you need customer service, they are terrible!!

Shipping was very fast and packaging was excellent! I was put on a waiting list for the perfume that I bought, and it took a while before it was back in stock. As soon as it was in stock, the company emailed me to let me know. I gave them a 4-star review due to the long wait list time. The rest of the transaction went very smoothly. Despite the setback, I would highly recommend buying from FragranceX. They are trustworthy and reliable! Thanks for the great transaction!
