I understood there was no box but what I don’t get is there was no cap on the sprayer, I think that at least could have come on the bottle itself. Other than that the product was shipped well.

I always used to wear and loved Pherose. I was thrilled to find that you offered it. But the scent doesn’t seem to be as light a fragrance as I remember. It is very heavy and strong, and don’t really smell like roses. But! I mixed it 1/2 and 1/2 with some vanilla coconut perfume in a smaller bottle and it is very nice, so I get some roses, vanilla and coconut together. Also, when I opened the box , the pump broke on the first time I pushed it down. Fixed that too tho. Soooo, all ok now. Thanks

If only you would pay attention to customers requests and save them accordingly. In order to save all of your customers from around the world you have to help them get the right documents for their perfumes the SDS in order for the products to be shipped by FedEx,UPS, and all USA carriers. If only you would apply what you stand for in your FAQ on shipping then you would get all the stars. You will get three stars for now because you need to improve on your e-mail response, you have to pay attention to the needs of your clients's requests.

The cologne wears off very quickly.

Good price and fast shipping. Good selection as well. However, once ordered, I started getting about two emails per day with nudges or special offers. This is siege marketing. I personally don’t want over one marketing email over a two week period from ANY seller (group your meaningful offers, please!) and well less than that from sellers of fragrances. As with cologne or perfume, less is more. (Also, they should not use a rating service with extensive user Terms and Conditions (you’ll get to that when you rate the service). No one has the time to read that stuff just to post a short review.)

The first time with Fragrance X I ordered a 5.7 oz bottle of British Sterling. Good price, no problems. Recently I wanted to order another. All you offered was the 2.5 oz bottle. Good price. There was no record on your site of any more 5.7 oz bottles. Do you still carry that size, do you have it on back order ? There was nothing on your site regarding the product size I purchased a few months earlier. Did they stop making it? Was it abducted by aliens? Did your shipping manager think it was a whiskey flask and drink it? Did you give it all out to your employees on Valentine's Day? Do I have to visit an expensive competitor on line smelling bad because I don't have my signature fragrance on? If you can get me another 5.7 oz bottle just bring it to me alone. Don't alert the FBI. You leave it at the foot of the tree in my back yard and then leave the neighborhood. Once I have the product I'll release the other stars to give you your missing rating

It’s not my first time buying creed the box Igor was not plastic wrapped and the smell is faint. Will never buy from fragrance x again Buyers beware.
