The Fantasy perfume I ordered this last time wasn't typical. The fragrance was very weak and it didn't really smell like the Fantasy I was use to getting.

I’m very disappointed I don’t think it’s real fraud

Payment was made difficult was the request of a security code never asked before.I had to call my bank which located overseas just to get my shipment done .. There should be either a securicode on payment directly required or a phone contact from your services to proceed with any verification. I had to call USA after calling Germany to get my shipment confirmed..I am living in France. I am seriously displeased and consider to go to go next time to your competitors . I brought you at least 30 of my work colleagues and often refer you in my workplace but I will leave and recommend fragrancenet next time ! ..

My order was cancelled with no explanation why

The perfume I ordered , I can’t wear, smells bad. The colone I ordered for my husband arrived broken. The whole order was a disaster!

The delivery and shipment were very fast and accurate. Box was packed perfectly. My complaint is on the product I have worn this brand for years and am not quite sure what was sent to me but I guarantee it was either a very watered down excuse, or something totally different alltogether. I will not be ordering again.

The cologne I ordered was originally back ordered, however when I was notified it was in stock, I was promptly charged, then it took another 3 weeks to actually be shipped to me. If it wasn't going to be shipped promptly, then I should never of been charged until the package was in the mail system.
