I used the website to order a fragrance…
I used the website to order a fragrance my wife had been wanting. It is a difficult to find one, so I appreciated you having it in the first place. Shipping was fast with good packaging. My only criticism is the website seems a little low quality with searching and payment processing. This may lead to some apprehension about it being fake or used for scamming purposes. It wasn’t!

Only given a 4 star at the moment ordered on the 13th November... The prices are very good let’s see if the fragrance I bought smells like an original ..it takes 4 -12 days it’s only been 6 days so far i’m ordering from the UK ...The good thing about it you can track your order and mine is in JFK at the moment Let’s see when it arrives I’ll keep you all updated with my progress.received my fragrance today 21st November..it smells just like the original but the colour is slightly darker...

Rest assured, some perfume manufacturers may provide different colors for different concentrations to make it easier to distinguish. This is fairly normal with fragrances. Verification process needs work
security verification process needs work. Bought perfume to be delivered to daughter for her birthday. But FragranceX needs to work on your security verification process when the shipping address differs from the billing address. They sent us multiple emails saying the order was "on hold" and for us to retrieve a code from our bank. We had to call our bank multiple times and call you multiple times before it was all figured out. The bank also said they do not give customers any such code.There has to be a better way of doing this. We do appreciate that you want to make sure it was us making this purchase and making sure there was no fraud, but there has to be a better way of going about it. In any event, the order was received, and it all got settled eventually, and daughter loves the perfume.
