I placed an order for my perfume and the price was reasonable and I received my package within a couple days after order!

I'm disappointed I keep receiving emails saying Chanel coco mademoiselle is in stock; however, then I go to order and they are still out of stock. Other than that everything I order has been great. Thanks, Laurie

It was a pretty good experience

Great response time and great products.

I had to return a product and the company made it very easy by sending me a shipping label. However, they have not confirmed that they received my return and have not issued a refund.

I have ordered from this company before without a problem. This order included a small tube of hand cream. The cap was broken on the tube when it arrived. Very disappointed. Not worth sending it back as the postage would be more than the item cost.

I would have loved to give 5 stars because of the buying process and the fast shipping, but unfortunately one of the samples was half empty and some of the liquid was on the carton but it looked like it was there for a really long time, it was sticky and the perfume had an old smell. Another of my samples was sticky also on the cap area and smell old as well. That was my only issue, all my other perfumes came perfect. Thanks.

I did receive my order. I take issue with the fact that I tried in vane to get someone's attention to the fact that I needed help with signing on. As of this date I have had to response at all and STILL need to reset my password!
