Receiving my order, shipping ,packing & getting to me in a timely manner was all excellent. The Casual perfume is like spraying flavored water. The "Modern Jess" barely smells & doesn't hold. Very disappointed with both. I would have sent them both back but I threw the shipping carton away before I realized that there was a problem.

I recently bought 2 items which are not satisfactory. Neither had holding power beyond 2 hours. Not sure about future purchases.

I ordered 4 bottles of bodycology body spray. Three of the bottles caps were loose and leaked in the package. One of the bottles was completely empty and the other 2 were half gone. There was no packing in with the package to keep them from moving around.

I had a lot of trouble with ordering one product. I thought it wasn’t going thru because I got a pop up notice saying so, so I tried ordering again. Same thing again. Consequently, I was sent 4 of the item that I only wanted one of. I had to send 3 back.

Paid for 2 day delivery & was not received in that time frame even allowing an extra day because of the 4th of July holiday.
