On 9/13/18 I placed an order for two bottles of cologne. On 9/2/18 my American Express card was charged for the two bottles. I waited approx 2 weeks but no delivery so I went online and discovered the order was cancelled so I phoned the company, The lady I spoke to said the order was cancelled because they couldn't verify the information given or something to that matter. I explained the had two bottles of my cologne sitting at their location that were mine since I paid for them.. I advised them that I wanted my order since I paid for them. They really should review the phone tape of that call. To make a long story short they refunded my Amex card and I had to reorder to get what I had paid for. Nobody contacted me regarding the "alleged not being able to verify" information, even though they verified my charge card and processed it. If I hadn't contacted the I still wouldn't have my cologne or money.
