I wrote in and ask if a Cologne was oil based and your response was you didn’t know.

My tracking order number for the products I ordered was delivered to someone else in another state. I called Fragrance X to inquire about my order. I was instructed that it was my responsibility to track product and file a claim with USPS. USPS told me that because Fragrance X labeled the package I could not claim or track further information on the package. Do to the incorrect labeling on my order I did not receive my products. Followed up again on my order and this time Fragrance X saw that I did not receive my order. Order was regenerated and I received my products one week later than original receiving date. I was told this was a one time courtesy. I was insulted. I did not cause or create this mistake. I spent over an hour on the phone of my time chasing down my order. This could have been handled with professionalism without blame placed on the customer.

They were delivered on time without any type of problems. However, the price was HIGHER than I had paid before! That, is the reason for the rating of, Two Stars. Other than that, everything was as they said it would be!

My very first purchased and the experience is worrying ... still haven’t received two of my purchase unreliable delivery by UPS .. quality of the product that I have received is good though

The bottles was so little it should have been a sample. I paid 8 dollars for an sample basically

The scent is not even close to the one I have from Nordstrom's. It smells like alcohol when you first spray it. I think it is a fake.
