After leaving negative feedback on here for the loss of my item by DPD, my reply from FragranceX was: Hi Sue, We deeply regret the delivery issues you've encountered and understand your frustration. I contacted their customer service team, and they never even tried to investigate, or assist in my case, and this is their reply: Thank you for contacting FragranceX.com. Our supervisory team has reviewed your request, and we regret to inform you that your claim has been denied. We greatly value you as a customer however, there is unfortunately nothing further we can do in this situation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Do yourself a favor and just choose another site. My order was supposedly shipped on October 29th, yet when I checked the link they supplied me with 2 days ago, the shipping company had no trace of the package. Chased it up with this excuse for a company and was told "let's wait until next week to see if the shipping company update this." Please note, this was after the 4-12 days they promise your order will arrive in. Turns out the shipping company lost my order in transit, and these morons wouldn't have even known had I not contacted them. Avoid the headache and use another website, for your own sake. UPDATE: Please ignore the reply below; I have not been refunded in full as of yet and their customer service staff literally made fun of me for being upset about the order going missing.

They have awesome customer service- very responsive and cordial. But sadly the items i received do not seem to be authentic- I ordered Dior Fahrenheit EDP 75ml and Moustache by Rochas and Pistacio by Demeter- the smells are rancid (very honey-ish, but not in a good way- more like cheap middle Eastern perfume) and do not last long so I am returning them. The packaging and the bottle for Fahrenheit looks legitimate, even the batch codes- but the smell is nothing like the real deal. I even contacted Dior and went to my local Dior-approved retailer to compare what I received with a certified, authentic fragrance and just as I had detected and suspected- it’s fake! It’s a shame, I was convinced they were legit. At least they responded right away and assured me about my refund. They are still going to deduct $14 for my return- so that is money down the drain for an inconvenience … I really did and do love their customer service, to quote Tyra: “I was rooting for you!” 😅 What a shame…

I am still waiting for my order. But they already got paid for the merchandise. Is this business even legit? Terrible service. I wish I would have never ordered from this place.

Product is is not legit batch codes where even scubed off box looks super glossy with a sticker over it product smells rancid

Fake perfume DO NOT ORDER from this company I ordered Cartier perfume . I have worn it for 20 years do know the exact smell and bottle /packaging . I saw it on line £30 cheaper than I would normally pay so I thought I would buy . How wrong I was !! It was delivered from Jamaica and it is fake . The bottle it light weight and spray mechanism plastic . The QR code on the box does not scan snd there is no authentication code . I rang them to complain the man on the other end said we don’t send fakes and hung up . He then blocked my number . This is a very expensive mistake to make and I am now £103 out of pocket . I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
