I liked the options and selections of the products. The price was decent, not great but decent. I did not see the value of the coupons or the savings of the cologne compared to other websites. The delivery time was very slow compared to other companies. I did like that all my products came together on the same time and in the same box. Overall it was a good experience but would give it 5 stars if there was a better value for the products.

Update on my reviews: I will leave the old text as I am still unsatisfied with the lack of customer service. My parcel did show up today. It would be nice to have actual contact with your company whether it be having a phone number for contact and a response in email. i would like to get a reply from customer service. i placed an order and apparently i misspelled my email. so i did not receive order confirmation. i would just like to know where my order is?i unxderstand covid has slowed things down. but it would be ncie to hear back from customer serive. i do not know if i even added the right order number as i dont ahve access to the email that i misspelled. all i ahve is the bank information where you took $150 for cologne and ia hvent received anything yet.

J ai passé une commande le 06 December et j ai pas reçu le numéro de suivi. Apres le contact avec le site ils m ont dit que ma commande était annulée a cause de problèmes de transport. Mais un montany de 78.32 $ est déduit de mon compte bancaire. Apres un autre email. Il mont dit que c était un autorisation. Et tu vas remboursé de 7 a 10 j. Quelqu'un de a le mm problem?

Came quickly only complaint is I don’t like one of the fragrances I acquired.

It was supposed to arrive within three days but it arrived today December 9tj. Was never sent an email that it was going to be delayed

Packaging was great. I received my order promptly and safely. Great job!!
