Got what I ordered but the packaging was old and defective. Because I didn't open it within 30 days (I was using up my old supply), they told me I was stuck with the 2 evaporated, lost-scent bottles that they sent me. If you deal with them (I know this sounds strange), inspect your product upon receipt or it could be money down the drain for you. I can't imagine anyone actually doing that upon receipt....

The perfume ordered was not the real perfume. It must have been a knock off or a reproduced fragrance of a discontinued fragrance.

I ordered Lancome Tresor la nuit and what i received was Tresor L'eau de perfume the majestic rose. I am very disappointed, especially since Tresor la nuit is both my husbands and my favorite.

My initial order was never shipped. Only a mailing label was created. Therefore, my order was not rec’d when initially committed by FrangranceX. I had to follow up twice. Finally, my order was shipped and received. Their fulfillment process needs improvement.
