How is it that if I tell this company that before I could open the door good to get my package somebody to the package of my porch it’s nothing you can do about it that is not fair no coupon no nothing but ok

Have yet to receive my package ordered on Black Friday. It will be two weeks since ordering tomorrow, and no email, text, or information from Fragrance X. Last tracking update from USPS was 12/06/24. Disappointed!

Order Number 66535852 fragrancex failed to deliver my package and don't want to refund me the money don't order if you from israel they don't take resposablity if the package get lost which is illegal

Not great Ordered a bottle of aftershave, it was sent to the wrong address and then returned to sender, have been waiting weeks now and still no refund or even update. Tried calling their customer service and the lady that answered was completely disinterested and unresponsive, I’d have to check to see if she was even still on the call as half the time I would get no reply. When checking my order status after I explained it was being returned she rambled on that they had delivered my order and she would send proof of delivery. I had to explain once again that the order was already on its way back and then she confirmed this straight away it was a very strange interaction. Either the person was intoxicated or they were distracted by their phone or another device.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I ORDERED 4 PERFUMES AND THEY WERE ALL DEFECTIVE. THE PHONE CONTACT PERSON TOLD ME TO VIDEO TAPE THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND TAKE PICTURES, AND I FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH HIS DIRECTIONS. AFTER I DID THAT HE INSTRUCTED ME TO LOGON ON THEIR WEBSITE AND PUT IN THE ORDER NUMBER AND WHEN I DID IT DIDN'T WORK. TRIED TO CONTACT THEM AGAIN BY PHONE AT REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS AND WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. I LOST ABOUT 80.00 AND LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON. DO NOT DEAL WITH THOS FLIMSY COMPANY. THEY ARE DISHONEST SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Update: Please notice how there is no denial, no sincere nor direct apology, no offer to recompense me for my awful experience.And yet they claim to ‘strive’…its laughable! Received a broken product right before going away on holiday. I provided video and picture evidence of the damage. It took overlong for them to respond after asking advice. Eventually they agreed to wait until my return from holiday for me to return the product. FragranceX did not stick to their side of the deal. Their website states that a replacement will be sent out within 5 days of reporting a broken / damaged product. I pointed this out to them by email and they agreed to despatch a replacement. That also has not happened. On holiday I was hounded by Klarna for payment despite explaining the situation. FragranceX would not deal with the refund side if things, expecting me to deal with it all despite knowing I was on holiday. All in all it’s been the worst, most pathetic buying experience when purchasing perfume online. It’s been so awful I’ve decided I cannot bring myself to stress over it any longer. I can’t now be bothered to return it either so, I’ll decant it into an atomiser and use it. And I will pay for it too. But thank you FragranceX for making everything such an absolute ASS! Needless to say, you’ve lost my business in future. Dishonest scammers lying on their website. Incompetent customer services. I do not need an apology. Thank you.

I bought a bottle of diesel plus plus for women received the item when they said i would was happy with the item until my wife went to take the lid off and it snapped of at the neck contacted them wouldnt offer a replacement or refund said my wife must have took off with to much more force or the wrong way on all honesty stay away from this seller
