DO NOT BUY FROM. Useless company. Purchased a fragrance on 11/12/2024 as a Xmas present. Parcel has never been delivered. Refusing to issue refund. FragranceX say I have to contact courier DPD. DPD had parcel out for delivery but has been delayed ever since. It is not my responsibility under Consumer Rights Act to chase the courier it is the responsibility of FragranceX but they will not fulfill it. Time for the small claims court.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Thieves! I had the worst experience with FragranceX. I placed an order, made my payment, and everything seemed fine. But to my shock, they cancelled the order after the payment went through! I’ve been trying to reach their customer service, but they have been completely unhelpful and just keep giving me the runaround. They took my money and then took no responsibility for the order. I feel completely scammed and will NEVER be ordering from them again. Avoid this company at all costs – they are thieves! ZERO stars if I could give them that.

Bought a perfume from PerfumeX online retailer. Their courier, DPD, couldn't delivery the item on first attempt so sent it all the way back to the supplier, even though a designated drop box had been selected or they could have attempted to deliver a second time. Although annoying, this is not the reason for the poor review. They are refusing to provide a refund until they process their DPD returns, which is once every 3 months! So, they are refusing to refund until potentially March 2025. Stay well clear of this seller.

If you value customer service and integrity then FragranceX should definitely be avoided! I placed an order that was sent to the UK, delivery was attempted once (after speaking to DPD I can prove this) then returned to FragranceX! I did receive a refund but this was less £20.00! I understand there might be customs/return fees to pay but to only attempt delivery once and not have the option to collect my order from a local collection point is ridiculous! I attempted to liaise with FragranceX's customer service but this was like banging your head against a brick was - I just received 'copy & paste' responses and a complete unwillingness to look into the matter properly! I will not be ordering from this company again and I strongly advise other people to not do so either!

J'ai commandé une eau de toilette pour mon épouse et qu'elle surprise c'est de recvoir un testeur avec la mention interdit à la vente Ce sont des escrocs, je n'ai pas demandé un testeur mais une eau de toilette J'estime donc avoir été escroqué..... je vais en avertir le parfumeur... c'est visiblement du vol Je vous signale que ces bouteilles sont interdit à la vente et pourtant vous les vendez c'est de l'escroquerie pure et simple... veuillez me rembourser à fuir vraiment

I bought this item online and threw the packaging out when I received it. I immediately noticed there were multiple chips on the bottle with some residue on the nozzle but I thought nothing of it until the next day when I tried the perfume and I could barely smell anything. I contacted customer service and they refused to help. resolve the issue. It seems like I received a damaged dud from this company so I will NEVER purchase anything from this scamming website again.
