Took longer than it was supposed to but I’m happy with the products themselves!

My perfume arrived but it takes a long time, it's the only complaint, good prices

Came within a reasonable time. I expected something different for gift wrapping but the burlap type bag was nice enough.

The only complaint is shipping is slow. All items are as advertised

I ordered a 'tester' bottle of Arpege. It arrived very quickly. However the spray nozzle seized up after a few squirts, so therefore useless. I contacted customer services via email, I am, after two further emails to them, still waiting for an answer/replacement. Finally an email (20 days after my initial email) asking for pictures of the packaging and problem. Matter was resolved with a refund. Star rating changed from 1 to 4 :)

Great choices and many memories of fragrances I grew up with. Slow delivery but I'm pretty sure not FragranceX's fault at this time. I will definitely order again.
