I thought the following: 1) I thought the fragrance mists were real perfumes (like Samsara, etc.) with the thing you push to release perfume being metal, but it was not. It was plastic. 2 I thought the other two things I bought were perfumes as well; I did not realize they were lotions.

I usually love this site but this time the customer service was subpar. My bottle of perfume arrived with some perfume obviously missing and they have yet to get back to me with a resolution.

bottles are smaller then I expected n fragrance n smell don't stay on u long

I received my order but one box of the Vera Wang was the sprayer was bent and almost half of the bottle was spilled in the box.

From the time I order to the time I received it was very fast delivery. Only reason why I gave it three stars is because one of my bottles leaked during shipment so I did not get a full bottle.

I need return the Jloe it doesn't work..

Prices do not reflect what you are going to pay. It is a bit more expensive than other websites. I don't think I would recommend it, yet if I saw something good on it, I might still get it. In short, "meh."

My account was charged three times for the same order. I received confirmation that the second order had been cancelled. This needs to be corrected ASAP please.
