Shipment went missing and they don't care My shipment never arrived and FragranceX just wiped their hands of it and made me call USPS, where I'm on my 5th phone call with no answers. FragranceX have done nothing to help and just told me it's all on the post office and I have to deal with them. I do all my shopping online and this is the first time ever I've had to personally deal with the shipper if something didn't get delivered.

Customer service wouldn't guarantee delivery date even though extra expedited fee was paid. Also refund was returned almost a week later.
