Great experience

Authentic product but need to do more on gift that comes along with purchase.The other site I do buy most of my wife's perfumes and my cologne from fragrancenet and macys for the past 6yrs do come with next purchase voucher and free samples of other brands.

I did receive my perfumes, but I was sent 2 bottles of 1 ounce perfume, and I wanted to get the 3 ounce bottles of tester bottles. I got two 1oz bottles of non tester bottles. I love my reddoor by Elizabeth Arden perfume, so much, and I have been wesring it for 23 years now. I will continue to order from your company, because I do love the service you provide. I am not sure if I made the mistake on the size of the bottles, or if your company made the error. I otherwise would rate your company, and the service of your company a 5 ! I didn't have time to send my order back for the correct size, because I was going away.

I did receive my order but they both don't spray it just leaks out on my hand but thank you for sending it out quickly.

So far so good. I haven't had any issues with any of my orders. The delivery time is great! I ordered several times from Fragrance X and just curious as to why the more expensive fragrances do not come in cellophane. All the low end fragrances have been wrapped.

Little bummed out that I didn’t receive the perfume I ordered guess it was something or a issue with it, only rector Sean John body spray but I wanted the perfume as well as it was a bday gift, they gave a me refund & all but wish they would’ve sent a email & I would’ve just choose another fragrance for the same dollar amount but other than I’ve been happy buying from them

Fragrance X. I was concerned at first because I thought I paid for perfume and I’m never going to get it. They took a month to deliver my package. About 2 weeks after the “claimed” delivery date. Hence I got concerned and then just gave up. Wrote a bad review for them, but they did end up pulling through and I just received my package this morning. Take note that I sent numerous email to support but nobody replies. I also tried contacting them on their other social media platforms but to no avail there either. The website tracking feature wasn’t giving updates either. So... having said that all of that... they are a legit company but the delivery outside of the USA is extremely long.

Always happy with product and price but it took 3 weeks for USPS to deliver.
