Placed my first it with your company on February 12 to date two weeks later had not received my order or an update. Went to website to find it went to CA instead of N.J. Not in time for a re-ship for my vacation had to have order refunded. Very disappointed.

Delivery of product was much longer than I expected that might have been due to a misunderstanding in what I read but I believe it had said 3-5 business days and it took that long to get a shipping confirmation. Also the product is not what I expected as it doesn’t smell anything like described or like I have smelt in the store. Almost as if it is very old or something else was poured into it. I love all Jessica Simpson scent except one and this is usually one of my favorites but it smells nothing like it is supposed to. It seriously is like another product in the right bottle. It has the smell like I was expecting but the under scents are not right or as described. Very disappointed. I believe I will stick to buying in the stores like Marshall’s, Kohl’s etc. Paying the higher price for getting the right scent is worth it since this is the second time I have bought from a website like this and have been burned.

I have written a review to your company about a week ago. The mini Crystalline that I ordered & received is defective. Please advise, because to this date there has been no response from Fragrance X !

Canceled one order, cause something about a credit card didn't go through, I reordered with my other credit card it went through ok,3 days later I got the one I ordered. Then a few days later I got the one I canceled, I think you better git things straighten out

Not as nice as your competitors

This was the first time using Fragrance X and I did not get my order. I'm still waiting on my refund.
