I have never had any issues with them and prefer them to the other websites of this kind tenfold. The shipping is always as fast as you choose, everything is sent out in a timely manner, when I have had to verify info (as sometimes you have to do for purchases on discount fragrance sites not sure why) they have been accommodating and walked me through it! I will continue to shop with them forever :) <3 customer service is also actually reachable and HELPFUL—i know, unheard of. Nothing expired and always authentic
