I ordered nearly £400 worth of products from FragranceX, only to have the parcel marked as “delivered” and left completely exposed in a publicly accessible area outside my front door — no card, no signature, no secured delivery. Unsurprisingly, when I returned home, it was gone. Despite photographic evidence showing the package left in an unsafe, visible spot, and UK consumer law clearly stating that retailers are responsible until items are safely received, FragranceX refused to issue a refund or replacement. Instead, they hid behind vague courier policies and dismissed their legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act. Their customer service has been evasive, dismissive, and unwilling to help — even after I provided photos proving the location was not secure. Avoid this retailer if you value your money. Once they take your payment, you’re on your own — even if your item never reaches you.

Orderd White Diamonds March 15, order cancelled by the company. Ordered again on May 1, order again cancelled by the company. Paid both times with my Visa, company never processed the order with no explanation. Can't find out why.

Package not delivered, wrong address apparently, and is in the process of being returned to the company. I have contacted customer service and I am being blamed for filling out the address form on THEIR website incorrectly. The tracking history shows delivery was “unsafe to leave package”. I have security camera footage that proves delivery was never attempted. I have been told to contact the freight carrier directly, which I have, to try to arrange re-delivery. I will never deal with this company again.

I will never buy items from this store anymore. I bought a parfym, and when I got it in Norway, I had to pay taxes and others things to Fedex. It was more expendive than to buy it in Norway. I read from another lady that was no toll here, but it’s a lie. More more expensive to order abroad. Never more!!!

Avoid this company if buying from the UK. They send me a part used or possibly leaky fragrance. Hard to tell as the fragrance box was unsealed. But at least 2-3 ml out of a 30ml bottle was missing on arrival and the atomiser had a strong smell like it had been sprayed. They agreed a return but nearly 3 weeks later they are still saying my return is in the UK waiting to be "consolidated" I assume to save on shipping costs. They will not even give me an outline timeframe for when I can expect my return and there is no way of tracking the process even for them apparently! Who knows if I will ever get my money back. I saw someone else had to wait 3 months! And even then only got part of their money back. An absolute joke of a company.

I ordered I Bottle of perfume & it was duplicated 5 times? Unless I get a refund on 4 products I know I have been scammed & will plaster all over Facebook. You cannot contact by phone & e mails go in answered. Never again will I buy online from this company. Beware—- Scammers!
