I ordered from you before. However, this time, I keep getting my orders canceled every time I place an order.

Terrible customer service. I returned the items to them via USPS. They claimed that they never received the items, and asked me to get receipt from USPS for a shipment that I dropped off. I said hey the tracking number proves USPS delivered it. I had to dispute the transaction to the bank issued the credit card. Very rude customer service.

I ordered 8 perfumes and only received 7 in the box, although the receipt showed all 8 perfumes were shipped. I immediately emailed them, and their response was, “ every item is scanned 3 times, so if the receipt says it there then it should be there.” No refund or replacement was sent. I had no way to prove that I paid for something and did not receive it. I will Not buy from them again. So, make sure to record a video when you are opening your boxes.

Terrible experience with FragranceX and DHL – avoid if you’re in Serbia FragranceX shipped my order via DHL without asking me which courier I preferred. Unsurprisingly, because it’s DHL, I still haven’t received my package, and there’s no clear information on when I will. The import process with DHL in Serbia is extremely complicated — they treat private individuals like import companies, requesting a ridiculous amount of paperwork as if I were importing weapons instead of a single, low-cost perfume. To make things worse, DHL’s handling fees are nearly as expensive as the perfume itself. This has turned into a frustrating and costly experience. If you’re ordering from Serbia, do not use FragranceX — they use DHL by default, and you’ll likely face absurd delays and charges. It feels like DHL came to Serbia not to deliver packages, but to torment people. Avoid this website. I won’t be ordering again. Update: After I posted this review, DHL finally delivered the package. However, everything I described above remains true — the delays, the excessive paperwork, and the hidden costs made this one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had. I stand by my rating.
