FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

They have all these emails about sales. Just post the real price and cut out all the emails. I have not bought things because of being bombarded with fake sales and emails "are you still I interested in". Leave me alone, post the costs, which are usually good, as they are.

I thought it would of been larger. But I'm still satisfied.

I sent multiple e mails regarding an issue that you had involving needing my phone number due to the link you sending me not working. You have taken the money and, as far as I know you still have not sent out the fragrance, and are not responding to my emails. Have since received the aftershave, but still think they could have better customer service.

Smooth transaction! Quality products, except the Jo Malone, doesn't last, wasn't in a box, and the writing was wearing off the label. That's a little shaky to me, but doesn't warrant an overall bad review.

Spray pump doesn’t work well, it leaked all over my hands but it smells nice

I really love the fragrance, no doubt. (Jimmy Choo Man Blue) The issue i have with it is it does not last long. I find myself having to spray twice a day. But overall, the shipping was fast, and I will use the site again.

The delivery time was quick. I like that you can get samples first to see if you will like the scent. I will order again.

Great products! Fast shipping! No response to email. Hence 3 stars. I placed an order of Clive Christian 1872 with free shipping to Canada. I did not receive the tracking number when the order was shipped. The email indicated that they’d send me a tracking number when the item entered Canada. I contacted them 2 business days after the item was shipped and inquired the carrier they use so I could watch out for the package. I waited 3 business days but no response. I sent another email with the same inquiry and no response. There was also no email with the tracking number when the item entered Canada. The item arrived 10 business days after it was shipped. It was delivered but Landmark carrier. The delivery person did not ring the door bell when he delivered the package (I have a door bell camera so I’ll know when someone rings the door bell). The delivery employee left the package right at the front door where people walked by and could steal the package. Unfortunately, I had allergic reaction with the fragrances so I had to return it. After reading their return policy, I realized that they would not provide a return shipping label for Canada. I had to pay $50 to send the item back. It is on the way to them now. I will update this review and let you know how the return process goes. If you are in Canada, I don’t suggest buying from this seller because they do not response to emails. Your package could be lost and you could not contact them. -1 star for no response. -1 star for the return shipping fee. Hence, 3 stars.
