Ordered and paid for 5 bottles of my Obsession last time, received ONLY 3 full bottles, the 4th was completely shattered, and the 5th was totally missing..so I paid and expected 5, got 3..CANNOT be happy with that result, and I don't hope that you expect me to be. No one has stepped up to the plate and made this right..I'll remember.

The whole experience from shopping to ordering to delivery was exceptional. I had been waiting 2 years to get this. I didn't realize you offered small trial sizes. The perfume is beyond all my expectations. I plan on getting a bigger size. Thank you so much for such a beautiful perfume.
