Still waiting for my purchase, made on agost 21, today is sep 4

They sent me a bottle that was used and i paid full price! The bottle didn't have the plastic wrap around it. And there was some used out of it. And no I'm not happy!

I purchased a sample of Angel by Thierry Mugler. I attempted to use the sample and it was totally empty. Nothing but air. Not even a whiff of the fragrance was in the air. That is why I am giving 2 stars.

Always fast shipping correct product description but for some reason I still haven't received my Gucci "guilty" I've ordered again and received my brit Burberry no issues but no Gucci yet kinda bumbed me out

My order was received in good time but one bottle had leaked, the cardboard container was damp and only the cellophane wrapping kept it from affecting the rest of the shipment. the bottle was only half full. I sent notification to FragranceX but have not had a response in 3 days. I expect some sort of remuneration.

Prompt delivery, but the fragrance I received does not smell like the same fragrance I have used for years. I have ordered this perfume online before from other suppliers and have not been disappointed.

Awesome price but the scent doesnt last very long which leads me to believe that it was old and had been oxidized. Next time i will pay extra for better quality.

I did not received one of my cologne!
