I purchased a tester of Hei, it does not have the same smell as previously. I have used Hei for 6 yrs.

I made two purchases . Also trusted the return if not satisfied , however I have to pay to return, as well if you open the shrink wrap to smell the perfume you can’t return for a credit! When I opened the Clinique aromatics it smelled as if it was old and stale, a definite difference from the fresh products at Belk. Now if you order perfume who is not going to smell it ? My other order Of pherarose was not shrink wrapped, it was ok not quite the Fragrance from my bottle purchased elsewhere , but adequate to keep . Be very sure To know when you order , that the return will cost you sending back as well they dock any free shipping you may have received in a “special deal”. I will not buy fragrance from this source again .

the packaging was insane :( VERY difficult to open - i ordered a perfume sample and the box could have held a loaf of bread. Maybe they could lower the shipping charges and use a padded envelope?

I appreciated a speedy delivery, however, my fragrance did not have the atomizer securely attached to the bottle and the fragrance does not hold for more than an hour on my skin. I worry what I received was somehow tampered with or otherwise illegitimate.

The fragrance doesn't smell like Halston.

Both of my fragrances smell very alcohol based. I took them to Macy’s to compare and was very disappointed.
